Mr. Kronzek is a highly successful trial lawyer with extensive experience; handling hundreds of criminal cases. He is involved in many of our high profile cases. He has excellent litigation skills and has been a member of numerous legal and professional associations, including the State Bar of Michigan, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan, and the American Association of Justice and the bar association for the Supreme Court of the United States. He frequently participates in continuing legal education in order to keep himself updated as to the most current laws, techniques, areas of expertise, and court rulings that might affect our clients. Early in his career, he successfully defended a client charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct in the First Degree in Lansing, Michigan. The case was tried in the Ingham County Circuit Court before a jury. The client was found not guilty on every charge. Since that time, he also has obtained not guilty verdicts in numerous other types of criminal cases throughout Michigan. He has successfully handled cases ranging from homicide and major drug offenses, to robbery and computer crimes. He spends the majority of his time litigating cases for our clients. During the last two decades, Mr. Kronzek has participated in the defense team approach that The Kronzek Firm models, with many, many excellent results. Mr. Kronzek has been involved in major Criminal Sexual Conduct cases in Livingston County (Howell), Oakland County, Ottawa County, Jackson County, Bay County, Grand Traverse County, and elsewhere in Michigan.
